We collect information you provide when creating an account (name, email address), setting up your organisation profile (organisation name, ABN, sector, location), and using the Platform (measurement frameworks, programme data, assessment responses).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide and improve the Platform, including: personalising your experience, generating benchmarks and insights (using aggregated, anonymised data), enabling peer learning features, and communicating about Platform updates.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. During the current prototype phase, data is stored locally in your browser. When the full platform launches, data will be stored in encrypted databases with regular backups.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share aggregated, anonymised data for benchmarking purposes. If you choose to publish your Impact Profile, the information you select will be visible in the Impact Directory. You control what is shared through your visibility settings.

5. Your Rights

Under Australian privacy law, you have the right to: access your personal information, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, opt out of marketing communications, and export your data at any time.

6. Cookies and Analytics

We use essential cookies to maintain your session and preferences. We may use analytics tools to understand how the Platform is used. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings.

7. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party services for hosting, analytics, and communication. These services are bound by their own privacy policies and are selected for their compliance with Australian privacy standards.

8. Children's Privacy

The Platform is not intended for use by individuals under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the Platform or email. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
