By accessing or using Open Impact ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.
Open Impact is a social impact assessment and measurement platform that helps organisations define, track, and report on their impact outcomes. The Platform provides tools for measurement framework design, data collection planning, benchmarking, and peer learning.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all data you input into the Platform. We will not share your data with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
You agree not to misuse the Platform. This includes, but is not limited to: interfering with the Platform's operation, attempting to access data belonging to other organisations, or using the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
The Platform, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-submitted data), is owned by the Open Impact team. Templates and frameworks shared through the community features are governed by their respective licensing terms.
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of data or interruption of service.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
